Physique Boss Lamb & Mint Burgers

If you’re big on taste then these burgers are for you! They might just be our tastiest burgers to date and are packed full of protein and ultra low carb.


Ingredients (For the beef patties)

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 500g lean lamb mince 10% fat
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Method

1.  Heat grill to medium-high, and prep ingredients.

2.  In a large bowl, combine the lamb, shallot, garlic, mint, thyme, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Form 4 patties about ¾ inch thick.

3.  Grill the patties until cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes per side.

Recipe makes 4 large 125g burgers
